I have been trying to enter the Apple iPad (Specs Opticians) competition but it says I need to have a nominated optician ID code but there is no box to fill anything like that in! Has anyone managed to enter?

I seem to remember entering a Specsavers competition, but I just had to tick the nearest branch to me. They didn't ask for a code. Strange!
