Newbie

Hi, I just joined this site today and have been slowing getting to know how it all works. I have only dabbled with comping before so still just finding my feet with regards to how to maximize my chances of winning. I was hoping someone might be able to explain how a few of the links on the site work. How do I use the Cmail, I get it give you another email address, but how to do you access it, ie the inbox etc. Also the Lottery link, there isn't any information about what you are supposed to do to enter? I know I probably sound quite stupid but I thought it better to ask. Thanks
