That's gone straight over my head Andy! lolby kevincharley - General Competition Chat

Goose I always use the 'Quick link no log' button, enter the competition, then log the entry. That way, if there's any glitch - e.g. the web page is not available which happens occasionally - you still have the competition showing as 'live'.by kevincharley - General Competition Chat

Just noticed the best change to the site, in the 'Win a £20 Amazon Gift Card' section. The instructions tell us to 'follow us on Titter'. Ooh matron!by kevincharley - General Competition Chat

Re: Where in the World Wednesday 21 Feb - 6 years ago
Hi Warren Yes, I notice too. I flipped a mental coin and answered for the picture rather than the clue. Because of the error I hope that the day's play is voided.by kevincharley - General Competition Chat

You mention the font is clearer but have you also made it smaller? I've had to enlarge my screen and I don't think my eyesight could have deterioated so rapidly.by kevincharley - General Competition Chat
Re: Conundrum - 6 years ago
Congratulations! That was a bit like pulling teeth towards the end. I'm pleased that I got the individual 6 answers but it seemed to fall apart at the make-the-connection stage. Wonder if there'll be another???by kevincharley - General Competition Chat
Re: Conundrum - 6 years ago
I hadn't even seen the extra 'clue'. My guesses have been wild stabs in the dark!by kevincharley - General Competition Chat
Re: Conundrum - 6 years ago

If any of the C.C. team read this, please could I query the following: Clue 1, answer was submitted and since submission the message 'You have already entered this competition.' has been visible. Clue 2, answer was submitted but the answer box is still available making me think that my answer has not been accepted. Now, the rules state 'Only one answer may be submitted forby kevincharley - General Competition Chat
Re: Ladder points and coins - 6 years ago
You should se it at the foot of the page, there's a bar with the wording: New: Ladder, CompLog+ You have a level (1 or2) account, did you know you can upgrade to add extra time to your account? You have xxx CC Coins. If you have a toolbar across the bottom of your screen it may just be hidden from view.by kevincharley - General Competition Chat

Your message has been heard and answered! £1,000 is on it's way to me thanks to Kiss fm, bless their little hearts. To say I'm delighted is an understatement - we've just had to have the house pinned back together and we're still reeling from the bill.by kevincharley - Off Topic Forum
Re: 'Ours' Competitions - Thursday - 6 years ago
Hmm, the mystery continues. I guess we'll never know why but how about some hypothetical suggestions as to why the in-house competitions aren't available. There may even be a prize for the most outlandish suggestion - you never know!by kevincharley - General Competition Chat

Congratulations Lesley! Not only the 'Where in the World' but the Quiz too. Very well done. I'm beginning to think I've been banished from the 'Where in the World', I don't think I've had my name drawn once in the last 6 months. lol!by kevincharley - General Competition Chat
Outlook - 6 years ago
Hi everyone. Question, please, for people who use Outlook email. Have you had any issues receiving winning emails? I ask as, over the last few months, I've had 3 wins that, if the companies involved hadn't contacted me by phone, I would have been unaware of. Any wins I've received have been advised by phone, text, Facebook or have simply arrived without any form of adviceby kevincharley - Off Topic Forum
